Town Of Salem

Town of Salem is a gripping online multiplayer game of murder, deception, and social deduction that challenges up to fifteen players to outsmart their peers. Inspired by classic party games, it transports players to a paranoid village where nobody is who they claim to be. At the start of a match, participants are secretly assigned unique roles from several factions : the uninformed but numerous Town, the lethal Mafia, or the unpredictable Neutrals.

Gameplay is divided into Day and Night phases. During the Night, evil roles coordinate in secret to select victims, while investigative Town members use abilities to gather clues or block attacks. When the sun rises, the Day phase begins, revealing who was killed and any last wills left behind. This transitions into the most critical part of the game : the public discussion and trial. Players must use logical reasoning, bluffing, and manipulation to prove their innocence or frame rivals.

If someone acts suspiciously, the town votes to put them on the stand, forcing them to defend their life before a final guilty or innocent judgment is cast. The game is a thrilling psychological test where keeping meticulous notes in your personal will and spotting holes in other players’ stories are just as important as your assigned abilities. The Town wins by executing all evildoers, while the Mafia claims victory by outnumbering the innocent. Neutral roles, like the Jester or Serial Killer, have their own selfish win conditions that add layers of beautiful chaos to every single match.
